From GPU to AI data center

Forrest Norrod, EVP and GM of Data Center Solutions at AMD, wanted to tell a story about delivering AI at scale. You need to bring system-level solutions together that integrate computing, networking, software in a unified AI platform. CPUs drive the GPUs, and AMD has perfected the Infinity Fabric architecture in a low latency, high-speed, and coherent interface. Ultra Accelerator Link enables communication between accelerators within a single server or across nodes in a tightly coupled data center pod

With a team of internal designers, I lead the creative direction and design of an animation that shows this scaling from GPU to server to node to data center. I worked closely with engineers, product marketers, and AET members to develop a clean and beautifully aesthetic animation that tells this scale up and scale out story.
